How can I develop my physicality, emotions & mind in
a coherent, superimposed and unified manner?
We must devote our resources to the most important
thing, hiding in plain sight - our own self human evolution.
What are the re-occurring principles and concepts
in all fields of practice?
How do we evolve a non hierarchical yet organized
practice that is capable of dealing with the drowse of
the mundane and all the way up to the alarm of crisis?
From our research playground and with emphasize
on the following:

GROUND PRACTICE
IN AND OUT OF CONVENTIONS,
FORM & FORMLESS
HOW we touch the ground.
HOW to shift weights between all four points of contact.
HOW to work the head, pelvis and spine when
horizontal or even inverted.
HOW to locomote/move ourselves down there and
in space.
Various tasks, games and exploratory blobs focusing
on ATOMIC BUILDING BLOCKS of ground work.

FOOTWORK, POSTURE, WEIGHT SHIFT
TO BE THERE AND ON TIME
To be well organized and aligned, to be on time and
to be in the right place requires good transportation vehicles and excellent drivers.
Footwork systems offer such vehicles that must be developed, trained into ourselves.
Using them in the right context, blending them, combining them with postural organization, weight distribution, etc is about developing the driver and requires many application tasks.

CONTEXTUAL STRENGTH WORK
NO OTHER STRENGTH EXISTS!
Notion of 'Strength' must be contextually placed. Developing strength in the right structures, timing & way is a must if we intend to make use of that strength in different scenarios later - in life, in practice, to support our health and discovery.
We will examine unconventional areas of application, attacking weak links to get a powerful, well oiled and protected unit.

ORIGINAL MOVEMENT
FORMS
CHANGE THE ATOMS, TRANSFORM ALL MATTER
How do we learn a new movement?
No thing comes from nothing. To learn something complex and new we use existing forms, primordial patterns, simple movement organizations from which we transcribe all our fancy moves.
If we transform those Original Forms - we transform
HOW WE MOVE!

SOMATIC PRACTICE
WHAT WE DIRECT OUR ATTENTION AT - EVOLVES
Ultimately, INNER ORDER and OUTER ORDER are tightly connected and hence the internal experience/observation is of utmost importance for us, especially in time where the arrow of our attention is attracted outwards so much.
This mode of practice is perhaps the most important one, long term, without which the whole MEANING and the 'WHY' we do things will ultimately reach a dead end.

PARTNERING
SHARPEN YOURSELF THROUGH
DEALING WITH ANOTHER
Tactical work and various forays into fighting scenarios, games and strategic tasks provides us with an unmatched opportunity to examine our way of being, functionality and skill in complex, ever changing scenarios where many layers of practice, work and study culminate into an act of moving, resolving and adapting.
